Terms of Use

1. Definitions

• "200Lab", "we": Công ty TNHH công nghệ 200LAB and the sites 200lab.io, learn.200lab.io, api.200lab.io, mcp.200lab.io.
• "You", "learner": the person who creates an account or uses the service.
• "Content": courses, lessons, videos, blog posts, quizzes, downloadable materials (artifacts), sample source code and every other material 200Lab provides.
• "Course": a pre-recorded course (learned at your own pace) or a live course (an online class on a schedule).
• "Learning path": a bundle of several courses toward one learning goal.
• "Offer": a sales package of one or more products, with its own price and access terms, shown in the purchase box on the product page.
• "Access period": the period during which you may use a product, according to the Offer you buy.
• "Certificate": a course completion certificate issued by 200Lab.

2. Account

2.1. You register with an email and a password or sign in with GitHub. The information you provide must be accurate and your own.

2.2. You can sign in before verifying your email, but you must verify your email before you can buy, claim a free course, take lessons, download materials, write reviews or take part in the referral program.

2.3. Each account has at most two active sign-in sessions. When you sign in on a third device or browser, the oldest session is signed out.

2.4. Your account is yours alone. You may not share, lend, sell or rent your account, and you may not let several people learn on one account.

2.5. API keys and agent connections (the MCP server, AI applications connected through OAuth) are part of the account. Only you may use them; you may not share them or let anyone else use them. Every automated access through an API key or agent connection counts as activity of your account. 200Lab may limit how much content is read through agents per hour, per day and per month, and may revoke an API key or disconnect a connection when it detects shared use.

2.6. Each account has at most 10 active API keys and 10 active agent connections. Once you have 10 API keys, you need to revoke one before creating a new one. When you connect an eleventh agent, the oldest connection is disconnected.

2.7. You are responsible for keeping your password and devices secure. If you suspect someone else is using your account, change your password, sign out everywhere and tell us through Messenger.

2.8. Age: you must be 16 or older. If you are under 16, you may use the service only with the consent of a parent or guardian.

3. Purchases and payment

3.1. Prices are shown in Vietnamese đồng (VND) and are calculated by the system when the order is created. The price shown is the final amount you pay by bank transfer, including any taxes and fees required by law. When you pay through PayPal, you also pay the PayPal fee under section 3.11.

3.2. 200Lab accepts two payment methods: bank transfer through a VietQR code, and PayPal (with a PayPal account, or by card where PayPal allows it). We do not receive or store card details; cards used through PayPal are handled by PayPal.

3.3. After you place an order, it is held for 30 minutes, with either payment method. For a bank transfer, you must send the exact amount and keep the transfer description the system gives you unchanged. After 30 minutes the order expires and you need to place a new one.

3.4. The system reconciles transactions automatically, usually within a few minutes. Access is granted only once the transaction is verified (for PayPal: once PayPal confirms the payment was captured). If you transfer the wrong amount, use the wrong description or transfer after the order has expired, the transaction is handled manually; message us through Messenger with a photo of the receipt.

3.5. Discount and referral codes: one code per order, codes cannot be combined. Each code has its own conditions and validity period. You may not use your own referral code.

3.6. Orders totalling 0 đồng (for example a free course) are confirmed at once with no transfer needed.

3.7. The access period follows the Offer you buy: it may be a specific number of days or unlimited in time, and it is stated in the purchase box before you place the order. During that period you can also use content updates of the product. When you buy again or renew, the new period is added on from the current expiry date.

3.8. With a learning path, you may take the courses that belong to the path during the access period. 200Lab may update the list of courses in a path.

3.9. Live courses:

• Each class is sold through its own Offer, which includes the live course's program page and the class's "Recorded" course. The access period is stated in the Offer (currently 90 days from purchase).
• Sessions take place on Google Meet or Zoom on the schedule 200Lab publishes for the class. 200Lab may reschedule when needed and will notify the class's learners at least 24 hours in advance by email or in the class Telegram group.
• Sessions are recorded. Recordings are posted in the Recorded course through YouTube in unlisted mode or through Bunny Stream, only for the class's learners. Recordings are kept for at most 90 days after the class's last session; after that 200Lab removes them, even if your access period has not ended. Please watch the recordings within this time.
• The class's learners receive a single-use invite link to the class's private Telegram group. You may not share the invite link, session links or recordings with anyone else.
• Live courses do not issue certificates and do not track completion progress.

3.10. Invoices: 200Lab issues electronic invoices as required by law. If you need an invoice with your company's details, send us the company name, tax ID, address and invoice email through Messenger within 3 days of payment, together with the order ID.

3.11. Paying through PayPal: the order is still priced in VND, while PayPal collects in US dollars (USD). The USD amount you pay is the order total converted at the exchange rate 200Lab publishes at the payment step, plus the PayPal fee (a percentage and a fixed amount), then rounded up to a whole dollar. Before you go to PayPal, you see the order total in VND, the PayPal fee and the total USD to pay; this amount is fixed when you press pay. Currency conversion fees or other fees that PayPal, your bank or your card issuer charge on top (if any) are not part of the amount 200Lab receives. The PayPal fee is not refundable (section 4.7).

4. Refunds and order cancellation

4.1. An unpaid order cancels itself after 30 minutes. You pay nothing.

4.2. Pre-recorded courses, learning paths and premium articles are digital content granted immediately after payment, so they are not refunded once access has been granted. Before buying, you can take the opening lessons of each course for free and see the full curriculum on the course page. 200Lab refunds only when a technical fault prevents you from learning and 200Lab does not fix it within 3 working days of your report. 200Lab does not refund a product bought by mistake; if you buy the wrong product, contact 200Lab as soon as possible, within 12 hours of payment, so that it can be resolved appropriately.

4.3. Downloadable materials (artifacts) sold separately: not refunded once you have downloaded the file, unless the file is faulty and 200Lab cannot fix it.

4.4. Live courses: the full fee is refunded if you ask at least 24 hours before the class's first session. If 200Lab cancels a class, you get a full refund or a transfer to a later class, as you choose. After the first session the fee is not refunded; if you tell us before the second session, you can transfer once to the next class of the same course.

4.5. Orders of 0 đồng and access given by 200Lab as a gift are not eligible for refunds.

4.6. If the information 200Lab publishes about a product is incomplete or inaccurate, you have the right to unilaterally terminate the contract within 30 days of purchase under Article 38 of the Law on Consumer Rights Protection 2023. In that case we refund, within 30 days, the amount corresponding to the part of the service you have not used.

4.7. How to ask: message the 200Lab Fanpage through Messenger with your account email and the order ID. We reply within 2 working days and transfer the refund to the account that paid within 7 working days after approval. Orders paid through PayPal are refunded through PayPal in USD, to the PayPal account or card that paid; the refund is the USD amount collected minus the PayPal fee (section 3.11), because the PayPal fee is not refundable; any difference when PayPal or your bank converts to another currency is not part of what 200Lab refunds.

4.8. When an order is refunded, the access that came from that order is revoked, and the referral commission on that order is cancelled. This also applies when the money for an order is refunded through PayPal or reclaimed through a chargeback with PayPal or the card-issuing bank: the access that came from that order is revoked automatically. Certificates issued before the refund are not revoked automatically.

5. Intellectual property and license of use

5.1. The Content belongs to 200Lab or to the authors and mentors who have licensed it to 200Lab, and is protected by intellectual property law.

5.2. When you buy or are granted access, 200Lab gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view and study the Content during the access period, for your own learning.

5.3. Downloadable materials and sample source code: you may use them in your personal projects, work projects and your own commercial products. You may not republish or resell them, share the original files with others, or package the sample source code and materials into a separate product for distribution.

5.4. 200Lab provides Markdown versions of the Content and an MCP server so that you can learn with an AI agent. You may use these tools only for your own learning. You may not use them to download in bulk, copy or redistribute paid Content. Public content (such as the public blog and llms.txt) may be read and quoted with attribution; 200Lab does not permit using the Content to train AI models.

5.5. The 200Lab name, logo and brand belong to 200Lab. You may not use them without written consent.

6. Prohibited conduct

When using 200Lab, you may not:

1. Share your account, resell access, or use one account for several people.
2. Download, screen-record, copy or republish videos, lessons, live class recordings or paid materials without permission.
3. Use automated tools to collect paid Content, bypass access controls, or overload the system.
4. Attack, probe for vulnerabilities in, or gain unauthorized access to the system or other people's accounts.
5. Abuse discount codes, refer yourself, create several accounts to obtain offers, or create fake transactions.
6. Post content that is unlawful, offensive, harassing, fraudulent or spam, or that infringes the rights of others.
7. Impersonate another person or 200Lab.
8. Cheat on quizzes or submissions, or to obtain a certificate.
9. Engage in conduct prohibited by Vietnamese cybersecurity law.

7. Content you create

7.1. Content you create includes your public profile, course reviews, submissions and messages in class groups. You keep your rights to your content and are responsible for it.

7.2. You give 200Lab a free, non-exclusive right to display your reviews and public profile on 200Lab's sites, and to quote your reviews (with your display name) on course introduction pages and on 200Lab's official channels such as the Fanpage and YouTube. 200Lab does not provide your reviews to third parties for advertising. You can ask for your review to be removed at any time through Messenger.

7.3. 200Lab may hide reviews or content that violate these terms or the law.

7.4. Blog posts at the "members" level only require signing in to read; "premium" posts require a purchase. These posts remain 200Lab's content under section 5, and you may not republish them.

8. Certificates

8.1. 200Lab issues a certificate when you complete all the required lessons of a course that issues certificates.

8.2. A certificate confirms that you have completed the course on 200Lab. It is not a diploma or a qualification issued by a state authority.

8.3. Each certificate has a serial number. You choose to turn the certificate's public verification page on or off at any time.

8.4. 200Lab may revoke a certificate if it detects cheating. Revocation is permanent.

9. Referral (affiliate) program

9.1. Every account with a verified email takes part in the referral program automatically, with no request to send and no approval to wait for. Your own referral code and link are created when you open the Referrals page in learn.200lab.io.

9.2. The program has its own rules, shown on the Referrals page (the discount for buyers, the levels and the maximum commission rate of each level, the holding period, the minimum payout, refund handling, suspension). By using your referral code or link, you agree to those rules. If the program rules differ from these terms, the program rules apply to matters of commission and payout.

9.3. Your maximum commission rate depends on your level, according to the level table published on the Referrals page. You move up a level when your number of buyers reaches the threshold of the next level. Each buyer is counted only once, when their order is paid. A level once reached is kept, even if an order is later refunded. The new maximum commission rate applies to orders created after you move up; orders already created keep the rate fixed when they were created. 200Lab may change the level table; changes are published on the Referrals page and apply only to orders created afterwards.

9.4. Members admitted to the program before this version of the terms took effect keep their current maximum commission rate, if it is higher than the rate of the level they have reached.

9.5. Your referral code and link do not apply to your own orders: such an order gets no discount from the code and earns no commission.

9.6. 200Lab may suspend a membership when it detects fraud or a violation of these terms or the program rules. Your code and link then stop working; commissions already earned are handled under the program rules.

9.7. Tax obligations on commissions: 200Lab withholds personal income tax under current regulations (currently 10% on each payout of 2,000,000 VND or more) before transferring the money to you, and provides a withholding certificate on request. You need to provide the receiving bank account and your personal tax ID when withdrawing commissions.

10. Third-party services

Some parts of the service run on other parties' platforms: banks and SePay (payment), GitHub (sign-in), YouTube and Bunny (video), Google Meet and Zoom (live classes), Telegram (class groups), Messenger (support). Your use of those platforms is governed by their terms. 200Lab is not responsible when these platforms are interrupted, but will help you find an alternative way to learn within reasonable limits.

11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

11.1. 200Lab strives to keep the service running continuously and the Content accurate, but does not promise that the service will never be interrupted. We may pause the service for maintenance, and will give notice in advance when possible.

11.2. The Content serves learning. 200Lab does not guarantee that you will achieve a specific result such as getting a job, earning more or passing an exam. You are responsible for applying the knowledge and source code to your own real systems.

11.3. 200Lab may update, reorder or replace lessons to keep the Content relevant. If 200Lab stops offering a product while your access period is still running, we keep your access to the existing version until the period ends. If that is not possible, we email you at least 7 days before the product is removed, so that you can download the materials and downloadable content during that time.

11.4. To the extent permitted by law, 200Lab's total liability to you for any one event does not exceed the amount you paid for the product concerned. This limit does not apply where consumer protection law provides otherwise, or where the damage is caused by 200Lab's intentional fault.

12. Suspension and termination

12.1. You may stop using the service and request deletion of your account at any time under the Privacy policy. When you delete your account, you lose access to the products you bought and the remaining access period is not refunded, except where section 4 allows it.

12.2. 200Lab may suspend or terminate an account when you violate section 2 or section 6. Except in an emergency or for a serious violation, we tell you the reason first and give you a chance to explain. When an account is terminated for a violation, fees are not refunded.

12.3. The sections on intellectual property, limitation of liability and dispute resolution remain in effect after the account is terminated.

13. Changes to these terms

200Lab may update these terms when the service or the law changes. Each new version is posted on this page with its effective date. For important changes, we notify you by email or on the learning site at least 7 days before they apply. Changes do not reduce your rights to orders paid before them. If you keep using the service after the effective date, you agree to the new terms.

14. Governing law and dispute resolution

14.1. These terms are governed by the law of Việt Nam.

14.2. If you have a complaint, message us through Messenger. We acknowledge it and respond within 3 working days, then negotiate with you to resolve it.

14.3. If negotiation fails, you may request mediation, send a request to the state authority for consumer rights protection, or file a lawsuit at the competent People's Court as provided by Vietnamese law.
